HypeGini provides done-for-you digital presence services on a monthly subscription basis, as described on this website.
The 14-day guarantee
If the agreed kit is not delivered within 14 days of kick-off, your first month is free. This is a written guarantee, not a discount or credit.
Ownership and no lock-in
Everything we build is yours. At launch we hand over every account, username and password. If you ever leave, all of it stays with you — there is no lock-in.
Billing and cancellation
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date; your accounts remain yours after cancellation.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the services lawfully. We may decline or discontinue work that is illegal or abusive.
Liability
We deliver the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the month the issue arose.
